Job summary

Avid Health at Home in Hickory, NC seeks an experienced Clinical Manager, RN to lead a multi-disciplinary team ensuring high-quality home care. You will oversee clinical practice, care planning, and staff supervision across PCAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, while coordinating with physicians and families.

The role requires NC RN licensure, minimum two years of clinical leadership, travel for field visits, and strong communication. In-office with potential on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in North Carolina (NCBON)
• Minimum two years of clinical experience
• Travel required with valid driver's license and vehicle

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care plan development and adherence to physician orders
• Supervise interdisciplinary care team and ensure documentation accuracy
• Manage intake assessments and expand referral opportunities
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality improvement participation
• Coordinate on-site operations and staff training
