Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville is seeking a Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and leadership for in-home care. You will bridge families, caregivers, and the care team, delivering timely assessments, direction, and measurable results.

The role includes supervision of caregivers and CNAs, ensuring compliance with NC regulations, and maintaining high-quality, client-centered care in a flexible, remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in North Carolina.
• Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Organized, responsive and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

The Field RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered in-home care. This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care team—delivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results.
