Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team. In this role, you will oversee client care, conduct nursing assessments, and collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure safe, high-quality services are delivered in the comfort of our clients’ homes.

Formación

• RN license (current and active)
• Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring caregivers preferred

Responsabilidades

• Travel to client homes to complete nursing assessments and observations
• Evaluate clients regularly to ensure care plans are appropriate
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized care plans with the care team
• Provide clinical guidance, education, and ongoing support to caregivers
• Address client and family concerns while respecting patient rights
• Coach caregivers on safety procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with management to support operations and quality care
• Mentor staff to promote professionalism and excellence in caregiving
