Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Charlotte is seeking a part-time RN Lead to perform client assessments, develop and update care plans, and conduct in-home supervisory visits every 90 days. The RN will supervise CNAs and HHAs and ensure the agency complies with NC DHHS regulations.

This flexible role is ideal for a semi-retired RN seeking extra income, offering varied responsibilities in the home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NC is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and develop/update the Plan of Care (POC).
• Conduct in-home RN visits every 90 days to evaluate care quality.
• Supervise CNAs and HHAs and ensure charts comply with NC DHHS regulations.
• Support agency visits/surveys and assist with caregiver orientation.
