Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous administrative, office coordination, scheduling, or case coordination experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client scheduling, service concerns, and ongoing care coordination.
• Maintain regular client communication to assess satisfaction and follow up as needed.
• Respond promptly to concerns, changes in service needs, and documentation.
• Manage caregiver assignments, schedules, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Escalate staffing issues and coordinate with management for temporary coverage.
• Maintain professional communication with case managers, clients, caregivers, and internal staff.
• Ensure required information is documented and records are accurate and confidential.
