Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care services in the Williamston area, working a scheduling pattern Mon-Wed-Fri 9am-12:30am, Tue-Thu 11am-3pm.

You will deliver direct patient care, support daily living activities, monitor health status, and maintain accurate records under supervision, staying compliant with Plan of Care and Patient Rights while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care per plan of care.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and daily living activities.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required.
• Follow client care plans and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meals.
• Support transfers and mobility.
• Document care in EVV/time sheets.
