Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers who love serving others. If you’re passionate about joyful, personalized in-home care, you’ll fit right in with our team.
Your role covers safety, health, and well-being in clients’ homes, with personal care, light housework, meal prep, errands, and companionship. We offer flexible schedules, full- or part-time options, weekend shifts, and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and have 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption; current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities

- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
