Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Escondido, CA is seeking caring in-home caregivers. You will provide personal care, light housework, meal prep, and companionship to clients in their homes, tailored to client needs.

Eligible applicants should be 18+ with caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include $100 sign-on after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and shift bonuses for last-minute or weekend fill-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
