Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will help clients at home, ensuring safety, health, and well-being while tailoring activities to their interests.

We offer flexible schedules, full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts, with a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for weekend fill-ins. Accrued travel up to 25 miles is supported as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or eligible for exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Run errands, do shopping, and provide companionship.
• Support incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
