Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials in WA and at least six months of industry experience.
• Ability to obtain certification within timelines per WA regulations; RN Delegation preferred.
• Proficiency with health care software such as WellSky Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate, timely client records and report changes to the care team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment during home visits.
