Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring Clinicians to join a growing team. The In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) provides structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs and to support caregivers in understanding and guiding their children.

Perfect for licensed or newly licensed Masters-level clinicians; we offer supervision toward Independent Licensure and opportunities to work with diverse youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders desirable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Access to laptop/CPS, high-speed internet, and phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat children’s behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs, improve communication, and adjust patterns of behavior.
