Job summary

Assistance Plus is hiring a Daily Living Support Specialist Supervisor (DLSS Supervisor) to lead DLSS staff in Wilton, ME. This full-time role focuses on adults with behavioral health needs who require support to live independently at home and in the community.

You will develop client-centered treatment plans and ensure services receive ASO approval, with a structured schedule and benefits package. A valid Maine driver's license and vehicle insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Proof of vehicle insurance and a valid Maine driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DLSS staff and DLSS Skills staff in home and community services.
• Develop client-centered individual treatment plans.
• Ensure services are approved through the ASO Managed Care System.
