Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to observe and report changes in client status.
• Access to email/internet for scheduling and updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Plan and assist meals, shopping, and light housework.
• Transport clients within a 30 mile radius as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean home environments and proper infection control.
