Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking a supervisory role in Windham, ME to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality community-based care. The position involves mentoring staff, coordinating ISPs, and maintaining compliance with state and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience working with IDD or in a related social service setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background checks per state and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of DSPs to support growth and daily performance.
• Oversee community support operations to keep individuals engaged and safe.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement ISPs.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor service delivery and provide on-site support.
• Advocate for individuals' needs and connect them with local resources.
• Manage DSP scheduling, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Ensure accurate program documentation and regulatory compliance.
