Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This contracted position requires reliable transportation and experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication skills. Flexibility to work daytime, after school hours, and weekends is essential. Achieve offers a supportive network within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Must not be excluded from receiving federal payments.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluations.
• Teach and coach caregivers on behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary teams.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
