Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluation.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Provide training and consultation to caregivers and staff.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience writing Behavior Support Plans

Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Working knowledge of HIPAA standards

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
