Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Experience writing Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with disabilities.
• Complete Functional Assessments and develop behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members for effective support.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
