Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid Certificate required.
• Clean background check is mandatory.
• Experience working as a Behavioral Consultant is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop behavior support strategies.
• Teach caregivers and staff on behavior support plan interventions.
• Document and report in compliance with BDDS waiver standards.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
