Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in La Porte, Indiana. The role requires a Master's degree and offers a flexible schedule, primarily focusing on in-home and community-based services.

Consultants will complete assessments, develop behavior strategies, and work collaboratively with families and teams to enhance the quality of life. This position is under a contractor agreement, not providing employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean background check required.
• Professional Liability Insurance needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral support to individuals with disabilities.
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and revise Behavior Support Plans.
• Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary teams.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
