Qualifications
CPR & First Aid Certificate required.
Negative TB test prior to providing services.
Clean background check needed.
Responsibilities
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and behavioral evaluations.
Teach and coach caregivers and team members.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Support Plans
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security standards
Education
Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
