Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from client location.
• Must not be excluded from receiving federal payments for healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluation.
• Teach and coach caregivers on behavior support plan strategies.
• Development and revision of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field

Tools

Electronic health/medical record system (EHR/EMR)
