Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or Autism.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and ongoing behavioral evaluation.
• Teach and coach caregivers and team members on behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with case managers, waiver providers, and therapists.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
