Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Must not be excluded from federal healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans in alignment with individual support plans.
• Train caregivers and support staff on behavior intervention strategies.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
