• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check must be passed.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions preferred.
• No prior ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the required 40-hour training and pass the initial competency assessment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy using individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach functional communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Utilize positive reinforcement to manage challenging behaviors.
• Record client progress on a tablet and collaborate with a BCBA.
