Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour training and pass initial competency assessment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy with pediatric clients on the autism spectrum.
• Teach functional communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement to manage challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record client progress on a tablet during sessions.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
