Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete Certification Requirements: 40-hour training and competency assessment.
• Provide 1:1 Therapy with pediatric clients using individualized plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Manage challenging behaviors with positive reinforcement techniques.
• Data collection and progress recording on a tablet during sessions.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA.
