Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across a designated area in Texas. The role emphasizes autonomy, data collection, and collaboration with families to foster learning and skill development.

Typical blocks run from 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, and 8am–5pm with a one-hour transition between patients. Must drive to patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (education in related field preferred).
• Master’s degree may be advantageous depending on role.
• Willingness to travel within designated geographic area is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one in clients' homes.
• Travel up to 45 minutes each way to patient homes.
