Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across a designated area. You will manage your caseload with autonomy, collect data, and tailor treatment plans for children ages 18 months to 12 years while collaborating with families and a supportive team.

We provide paid training, RBT certification assistance, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for raises every six months, with guaranteed full-time hours and no-cost

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable traveling to client homes within a designated geographic area.
• Autonomy in managing your caseload and working independently.
• Ability to collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Strong collaboration with families and a team that shares ABC's core values.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes to provide therapy services.
• Maintain an autonomous, self-driven working style.
• Apply one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data and adapt treatment plans per child.
• Drive personal vehicle to appointments and stay focused on the patient during sessions.
