Job summary
Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist to provide therapy in clients' homes across a designated area. You will work Monday through Friday with blocks from 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, and 8am-5pm including a transition hour between sessions.
You will travel to clients' homes, embrace autonomy, and apply one-on-one ABA principles to help children aged 18 months to 12 years reach their full potential while collecting data and building individualized plans.
Qualifications
- Autonomy in managing a caseload and delivering one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Willingness to travel to client homes within a designated geographic area.
- Ability to collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client homes, up to 45 minutes away, for therapy sessions.
- Apply one-on-one ABA therapy to support children's development.
- Collect data and adjust treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with a team committed to ABC’s core values.
