Job summary
Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist to provide in-home ABA services across a defined area. You will travel to client homes, work with families, and deliver one-on-one therapy within the scheduled blocks, typically 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, or 8am-5pm with a transition hour.
Experience is not required, as paid training and RBT certification assistance are provided.
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel to client homes within a geographic area.
- Interest in ABA therapy and working with children with Autism.
- Ability to drive and manage a small caseload.
Responsibilities
- Travel to client homes within a 45 minute radius to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Autonomously manage caseload and engage families in learning and skill development.
- Apply ABA therapy principles to help children reach full potential.
- Shape progress for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with a team and uphold ABC’s core values.
- Drive own vehicle to appointments and maintain focus during sessions.
