Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks an In-Home Behavior Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes across the San Antonio area. Travel is required; you’ll work with families to implement individualized treatment plans during morning and afternoon blocks, typically Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Autonomy in daily work and caseload management.
• Willingness to travel to client homes within a geographic area.
• Ability to collect and apply data to individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Client’s Homes and meet families where they are.
• Autonomous Working Style and caseload ownership.
• Apply one-on-one ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism.
• Support development in early childhood (18 months to 12 years).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team aligned with ABC’s values.
• Use your own vehicle for client appointments and stay focused during sessions.
