Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring At-Home Behavior Therapists to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes across a designated geographic area. The role emphasizes autonomy, with a schedule between 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, and 8am–5pm with one hour for transition between patients, serving children aged 18 months to 12 years.

You will drive your own vehicle, travel up to 45 minutes each way, and collect data to tailor treatment plans. Paid training and RBT certification assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and verified.
• Comfortable traveling to client homes within designated area.
• Ability to collect data and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes within a designated geographic area to provide ABA therapy.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions with families and supervise data collection.
• Manage caseload autonomously and adhere to treatment plans.
• Drive personal vehicle to appointments and maintain focus during sessions.
• Collaborate with a team to align with ABCs core values.
