Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist to provide ABA therapy in clients' homes across the designated area. This role emphasizes autonomy, data-driven treatment, and collaboration with families to support skill development.

Responsibilities include traveling to homes, implementing individualized plans for children aged 18 months to 12 years, collecting data, and staying focused during sessions. Training and RBT certification assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No prior experience required; training and RBT certification assistance offered.
• Willing to travel to client homes within a 45-minute radius.
• Able to work in an autonomous, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes within assigned geographic area.
• Manage caseload with autonomy and accountability.
• Apply one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach potential.
• Work with children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team aligned to ABC’s core values.
• Use your vehicle to travel to appointments and stay focused during sessions.
