Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD in their homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-supervised plan, collect data, and help children communicate and gain independence through individualized treatment plans.

We offer flexible afternoon and evening hours, sponsorship of RBT training, BCBA supervision hours, tuition assistance, scholarships for a Master's, and monthly CEUs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Patience and compassion in working with children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• RBT coursework and exam support during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect data.
• Collaborate with families to ensure skill carry-over in the home.
