Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and reports client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team.
• Maintains confidentiality and completes daily data entry.
