Job summary

HireCare Services seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Lenoir, NC, and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time scheduling with potential for full-time, under BCBA supervision, and opportunities for growth.

Experience with children is preferred. Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required, with training support provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
