Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients across diverse environments. You will work under BCBA-guided protocols and help clients grow through engaging, data-driven sessions.

We offer flexible hours and a competitive pay range of $21.00–$25.00 per hour, with both full-time and part-time positions, plus in-house training, health benefits, PTO, and a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in RBT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
