Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and experienced ABA technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Morehead City and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision with flexible, part-time afternoon schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes in the Morehead City area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement BCBA-designed behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, play, daily living and behavioral skills.
• Use reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Provide services primarily in clients' homes and community settings.
