Job summary

One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians to work one on one with children in their homes in Middletown, NJ and nearby Monmouth County towns. You will see a child learn new skills because of the work you do.

This part-time role offers pay ranging from $22 to $32 per hour, with biweekly pay, weekday afternoon and evening hours after school, and ongoing BCBA supervision to support your development.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for in home sessions.
• Dependable, caring and professional.
