Headrise ABA in Lawnside, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans for a 6-year-old girl. The role is part-time, with weekday evenings and some weekends, offering a $18-$25/hour pay range and a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will track progress with data, support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 6 year old girl

• Location: Lawnside, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM plus weekends

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
