One Step Forward is seeking a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) to work in Dayton and surrounding areas in New Jersey. You will provide in-home ABA therapy one-on-one with a learner, under the supervision of a BCBA and a consistent weekly schedule.

You will earn $22 to $32 per hour based on experience, with biweekly pay and ongoing BCBA support. Responsibilities include implementing programs, building communication and daily living skills, and accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, patient and professional with reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs developed by a BCBA.
• Help build communication, social, play and daily living skills.
• Use evidence based strategies, including reinforcement and prompting.

One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) for Dayton and surrounding areas, including Monroe Township, Jamesburg, South Brunswick, Spotswood and Helmetta. You'll work one on one with a learner, with a consistent weekly schedule and a BCBA supporting you along the way.

What we offer

• $22 to $32 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly
• Consistent after school hours with the same learner each week
