Job summary

One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) to work with a learner in their home in Lavallette, New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with the learner on a consistent weekly schedule, with a BCBA providing ongoing supervision and support.

The role focuses on in-home ABA therapy, implementing individualized programs and helping the learner develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Dependable, patient and professional attitude required.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions and a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the learner's home.

What we offer

• $22 to $32 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly
• Consistent after school hours with the same learner each week
• Ongoing BCBA supervision and support

Who we're looking for
