One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) to work in Dayton and surrounding areas in New Jersey, including Monroe Township, Jamesburg, South Brunswick, Spotswood and Helmetta. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy with a consistent weekly schedule, guided by a BCBA supervisor who supports your professional growth.

Ideal candidates have experience with children; ABA or RBT exposure is a plus but not required.

One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) for Dayton and surrounding areas, including Monroe Township, Jamesburg, South Brunswick, Spotswood and Helmetta. You'll work one on one with a learner, with a consistent weekly schedule and a BCBA supporting you along the way.

What we offer

• $22 to $32 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly
• Consistent after school hours with the same learner each week
• Ongoing BCBA supervision and support

Who we're looking for
