Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New York State seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 home-based ABA services for children from birth to 21 years, under BCBA supervision. This in-home role offers flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours and the chance to impact families meaningfully.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting progress data, and training families. Benefits include paid training, supportive team culture, and opportunities for growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges, ASD or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and company policy awareness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Perform physical activities during sessions to engage children 2–15 years old.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
