Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Strong data analysis and progress-tracking abilities.
• Effective collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments to identify target skills and behaviors.
• Design and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee and mentor RBTs to ensure fidelity of intervention.
• Track progress using data, graphs, and objective metrics.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to support the child.
