Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a patient, empathetic approach. The role includes supervising therapists, developing programs, producing progress reports, and coordinating with families.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children using behavior analytic technology across diagnoses.
• Conduct FBAs and design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop new programs and adjust current programs as needed.
• Produce progress reports meeting regulatory and funding timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
