Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in‑home, compassionate team. You will oversee ABA Therapists, assess children, and design individualized treatment plans with strong family collaboration.

You'll conduct FBAs, supervise staff, generate progress reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop program improvements across settings. Flexible schedule with meaningful, hands-on impact on kids and families.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• 2–3 years experience working with children and families using behavior analysis across diagnoses.
• Conduct FBAs and design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design/monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing programs as needed.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans for regulatory and funding requirements.
• Oversee clinical programs and ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.
