Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering in-home ABA services. The BCBA will oversee therapists, assess children with diverse behavioral needs, and create tailored treatment plans with clear progress objectives.

Strong communication and empathetic rapport with families are essential for success. The role emphasizes collaboration, supervision of R/BTs, and ongoing program development within a supportive, in-home care setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic techniques.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required.

Responsibilities
