• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to BACB guidelines.
