Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Current BACB certification as a BCBA is required.
• 2-3 years of experience with children and families using ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA Therapists and assess children with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct FBAs and adjust ABA programs as needed.
• Provide field supervision and write evaluations for therapists.
• Produce progress reports for regulatory agencies and funding sources.
